Hi, I'm Sarah.

The creator of The Cover Story Studio, and I personally design every cover that leaves the studio.

The idea started when I realised my camera roll was holding thousands of photos of the people I love most, yet somehow I could never find them when I wanted to.

They were buried beneath screenshots, school notices, recipes I’d never cook and at least seventeen accidental photos of the inside of my handbag.

It seemed a bit unfair.

Some photos deserve better than spending their retirement years wedged between a parking sign and a screenshot of a Bunnings opening time.

I wanted to create something that celebrated those moments properly.

Not just how someone looked, but who they are. Their personality, their quirks and all the little things that make the people we love so special.

So I started turning favourite photographs into personalised magazine covers.

Today, every cover is designed from scratch using your photo and the stories you share with me. No templates, no shortcuts and no two covers are ever the same.

Because the best photos aren’t just pictures.

They’re the people, pets and moments we’d happily put on the front cover of a magazine if anyone would let us.

Turns out, now they can be.
